I have chosen Concaine City Records because it is one of the best independent labels around the U.S and it also has my favourite genre, has my favourite artists such as Akon and others which have made successful so far. The other reason I have chosen this label is because I will have a close relationship with the artists, have more control in owning the company i weathly and financial terms (marketing). The negative side to choosing independent are the global audience wont have more than a major label because they have large budgets to access to better producers to record albums which they can use as their advantage.
Unfortunately the majority of independent labels aren't as wealthy as major labels but there is a possibility that my label can join up with other major artists to collaborate with them in music videos or in concerts.
